The Huguetan were established in Lyon until the mid 1680s, when they left for Amsterdam. "George Gallet" was one of their pseudonyms. See Répertoire d'imprimeurs/libraires (2004 ed.), p. 299

Etched frontispiece and letterpress t.p. with engraved Huguetan device form a preliminary gathering of 2 leaves (=a1.12?). Full-page etched ill., numbered I-XI. Chi² bears IX, double-page X, and one p. of letterpress; it is folded at foredges and tipped onto stub at centerfold
